What is the condition of your seafood products?
Our seafood products are carefully vacuum-sealed and then delivered frozen to your doorstep. This double protection ensures optimal freshness and preserves the quality of your order.
Are your products sourced from wild or farmed sources?
We prioritize sustainability. Our seafood is responsibly sourced, either wild-caught or sustainably farmed, depending on the product.
Customization and Cuts
What is the difference between a steak cut and a fillet?
A fillet is a boneless cut, while a steak includes the bone. Fillets are typically more delicate, while steaks may have a richer flavor due to the bone.
If I order a whole fish, can I request specific cuts?
Absolutely! We offer customization options. During checkout, you can leave special instructions for how you'd like your whole fish to be cut.
Ordering, Delivery, and Policies
Are the product images on the website representative of the ordered weight?
The actual product may vary slightly in color, and there might be size differences, especially before the fish undergoes the cleaning process. Rest assured, we always aim to provide you with the closest possible match to your order.
What is the delivery charge, and is there free delivery?
The delivery charge is +$9. Enjoy free delivery for orders above $68.
When will I receive my order? Where do you deliver to?
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 4 PM daily, except on Mondays. We offer island-wide delivery to all Singapore addresses on the main island.
Order Adjustments and Customer Support
Can adjustments be made to my order or can I receive a refund?
Given the perishable nature of seafood, we regret to inform you that we do not entertain requests for order adjustments, exchanges, or refunds. Exceptions for refunds will be considered only if the item you ordered is unavailable on the day of delivery or based on a case-by-case basis.
